How Can A Pimple Like Bump On The Back Be Treated?

Hello, And thanks in advance for any help you can provide here. In the last day, a rather large bump has appeared on my back. It looks like a very large pimple but without the whitehead. It s not so painful to the touch but to one side it does hurt. Should I worry?
