How Can A Painful Lump On The Spine Be Treated?

Hi I have been suffering from Rheumatoid Arthritis for 22 years I have had surgery on both feet removing painful nodules I have recently been diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my right shoulder I had surgery to remove burstitis and bone spur and they also shaved shoulder bones as they were bone on bone that s my diagnosis my question is I have noticed a nodule feeling lump on my spine it causes excruciating pain at times it s situated just above where my bra fastens what could this be and what should I do my medication is Cimzia injections one per fn methotrexate 5ml one per week and folic acid and panadol should I go to er?
