How Can A Painful Hairline Fracture In The Left Ankle Be Treated?

I have a hairline fracture in my left ankle. the dr gave it a cortisone shot a couple months ago, but it is now even worse. It is a little swollen. Hurts on my feet doing things, and when I get up in the morning. what can I do? would exercises help? if so, what ones?

As it is a hairline fracture it cannot lead too much of complication so relax. Then pain part can be handled with tablet Voveran.

Weight bearing on leg is to be avoided for 5 days with flexion extension exercises.
