How Can A Painful Anal Lump Be Treated?

Hi. Approx 2 years ago I #d my coccyx in a fall downstairs.I don t know if it s a coincidence but since then every now and again I get a sore red lump ( anal fistula ?) which is very painful. It eventually goes away but every time it comes back it lasts longer and is more painful than the previous time.
