Hi,
It seems that there might be having prosthatitis giving this problem.
Due to collection of smegma and not doing cleaning of local part will give rise this infection.
Make a habit of daily cleaning smegma collecting under foreskin while taking shower.
Apply antibiotic cream locally.
Ok and take care.
