Pelvis; Normal size (AP diameter -4.0cm), anteverted uterus is seen emitting uniform myometrial echopattern. Adnexa are bilaterally free. No fibroid. No cyesis, no retained product of conception seen. Both ovaries are normal in sizes and structures. No pelvic fluid collection. No fluid in the pouch of Douglas
