How Can A Needle Stuck In The Ankle Be Removed?

After attempting to do a shot of an illegal and shameful type of drug I managed to break off the whole part of needle (size of needle is 1/2 inch in length and gauge us 30G) into my right ankle.. I have not been able to get it to come out nor have I been able to move it outward of my skin.. Help me please!! Am I going to die?

Brief Answer:
Get it removed as soon as possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, I have gone through your question that shows your concern but there is nothing to get panic or being ashamed of. This is not a fatal thing to worry about. This needle is a foreign body in you ankle that is a potential source of irritation and infection to your body. If you would delay your treatment, it can get infected resulting into cellulitis that will be more harmful and difficult to treat. therefore, Just go to the surgeon and get it removed as soon as possible. Your delay will make it worse and it will never come out on its own. you have to remove it surgically.
Hope my answer is helpful to you. Let me know if you have any queries. Thank you!
