How Can A Lump On The Belly Button Be Treated?

I am an adult male,i shower daily and often wash the inside of my belly button with soap,now I have a lump on my belly button.i push it in but it comes back out,it doesn't hurt but somehow seems like an air pocket,maybe it's an infection.it's not a hernia cause i'm fine.how can I cure this,i have had now for three months.
