How Can A Herniated Disc Be Treated?

I have a herniated disc in my L1S5 and t11/T12 , sciatica, spinal stenosis, spinal arthritis, ( have had l1s5 past 20 years and t11/t12 past 2 years) the past two years have been extreemly horrible non stop (sevearly chronic) and I have had spinal injection 7 times, triggerpoint injections 6 times and one nerve ablation in past two years, non of which have helped a great deal....medications last 2 years are lyric, 3 / 75mg a day 1 in morning 2 at night, .5 baclofin twice a day, 1 half in morning 1 half at night, ibuprofin 600 3 times a day and vikodin 3-325 2 to 3 times a day, and I still feel the pain at 3 to 7, never less than 3, feel looney/loopy most of the time and the pain and medicine side effects are like a roller coaster. I have spoke with my pain management dr. about all this and he says this is the plan for me until open surgery?.... any Ideas???? been off work two years due to this mess and cant afford anything, lost my business, house, loosing truck, having to go live with eldest daughter, i sound like a country western song....just play me backwards so i can get my life back. ( i am not suicidal, or depressed i use humor and exercise to relieve my stress in a healthy positive manner) Thank you! Rick Kucken YYYY@YYYY
