How Can A Hard Lump Above The Collar Bone Be Treated?

I was stung by a bee or a wasp, not sure which one. It landed on my collar bone and I thought it was a fly so I swatted it away and it stung me. My husband pulled out the stinger within 10 seconds of stinging me. I put ice on it immediately. I took Advil and Allegra for the next three days and the itchiness, swelling and redness went away. It has been 2 weeks since I got stung and now I m left with a small hard lump above my collar bone under the skin. No redness, no pain...almost like a cyst. Should I go see a Dr.? Also, I got stung in Thailand, should I get a Tentanus booster shot?!

Sometimes after an insect bite a psuedolymphoma is formed which looks like a cystic swelling hard to touch..Nothing to worry just go to a dermatologist he will give intralesional drug to the swelling and it will dissolve it..it may take multiple sitting
