How Can A Forehead Lump With Redness Be Treated?
I have a lump on my forehead in the middle I haven t squeezed it embecause of course that s not going to help but only make it larger and redder . I think its acne related never had this before and its not like a pimple because I d be abkenti squeeze puss out of it . Its just a lump I was just wondering if I should use hot or cold water like an ice cube or warm cloth to make it go down ?

As per your description, it looks like a infected sebaceous cyst.
I prescribe Antibiotic like Clindamycin capsule along with anti inflammatory tablet to my patients with similar complaints.
Once the infection comes down,the swelling can be excised surgically.
