How Can A Filarial Wound With Fluid Discharge, Foul Smell Be Treated?
sir ,my grandfather has been suffering from filarial wound .The healing is slow and it has been seven years since it caught one of his leg.The wound almost covers the entire lower leg accompanied by fluid discharge ,foul smell and periodic formation of white coloured visible germs.what should be done?

needs total excision after seeing if the bone is infected, white germs are maggots, lot of care in hospital with utmost care needed
