How Can A Digit Blood Blister With Swelling Be Treated?

I HAVE A BITE FROM SOMETHING.fRIDAY MORNING I GOT OUT OF BED AND NOTICE ON MY INDEX FINGER I Had a like blood blister.I steriliazed a needle and opened up the swelling.After soaking my finger in peroxide and putting neoprin on it I bandage it with a bandaid. It(the bite) looked like it did before I opened it.after soaking it and put the same medicine on it again, I covered it again overnite.When I got up this morning it has increased in size and my finger is swollen.Can you tell me what to do so that I don t have to make a doctor s appointment??
