How Can A Dark Skin Tag In The Groin Area Be Treated?

I have a mark on my groin area. I thought it was a skin tag for months but over past few weeks it has grown a bit and the bottom of it appears to have turned black but it s bleeding as well so idk if the black is dried blood or what. I have a picture I would like to submit

Hello,

You require a physical examination. It may be macerated skin tag or genital wart. Plan for excision under local anesthesia, it is a very simple and permanent solution.

Until then, start using T-bact ointment twice daily on the affected area to prevent cross infection.
