How Can A Corneal Ulcer Be Treated?

There is a little white pimple-type thing on the white part of the eye. The eye hurts to touch - like pressure behind the eye. The bump became noticeable yesterday because it felt there was pressure behind the eye. The eye has been red/bloodshot for 4-5 days. Is this an urgent matter?

if it is on white part of eye the it is conjunctiva. to exclude corneal ulcer get examined by ophthalmologist. it is more serious antibiotic drop like ofloxacin.1% tobe applied 6 hourly wash the eye with sterile water and wipe with sterile grudge. keep under observation to observe progress and healing,
