How Can A Circumcision Wound Be Treated?

Dear Sir, I recently had gone through Circumcision. Stitched by the Surgeon at the base of glance penis between the membrane and skin on the shaft. But I noticed right at the base of Frenulum, these is some fat kind of tissue between the membrane and skin of Shaft. Just wondering what this could be. Please help.

No need to worry for this fat looking tissue between stitches.
It is nothing but interstitial tissue.
It will subside once stitches are removed.
