How Can A Chest X-ray Report Be Understood Correctly?

Hi, My report for Chest X Ray (PA) shows the following:- Lung field shows no active pulmonary parenchymal lesions. The cardiac shadow is normal Both C.P. angles are clear The bony cage is normal Can u please tell me what exactly my report shows and is my report normal.
