Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Treatment of burns depends on depth , mostly hot water burns are superficial. Care should be taken of the wound. It should be daily cleaned for good healing. Any topical antibiotics would be good until wound is not too deep or not dirty (if any pus or white discharge) though some would prefer Silverex over Fucidin for its broad spectrum against microbes. I hopes cleaning of wound (but do not use spirit or pyridine) with plain water and any of the antibiotics would work. Of wound increases or get dort see your doctor urgently.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
