How Can A Blister On The Roof Of The Mouth Be Treated?

I m an idiot. Didn t let my coffee cool before I. Took a sip this morning. Been drinking ice water all day taking ibuprofen. There was a blister on the roof of my mouth but it popped around dinner time. Other than ibuprofen and ice water and going to my PCP if the pain gets worse, is there anything I should go for it? Swish my mouth with salt water or peroxide?
