General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The diagnosis of Parkinson's disease is more likely if at least two of the three major symptoms are present (tremor at rest, muscle rigidity, and slowness). Anyway, you can consult a neurologist for the second opinion.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi
