Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Kikuchi disease is a kind of lymphadenitis where exact cause yet to be identified. Treatment is almost always supportive. You can take analgesics like Ibuprofen or Diclofenac for pain. Corticosteroids are the main modalities of treatment as it helps to prevent relapse and recurrence. Antibiotics are of no role unless there is secondary infection.
You can take low dose steroids like Predenisolone which is the current best treatment.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
