I have ibs and incomplete evacuation for 20 yrs condition out of balance since Sept trying various laxatives and Contessa previous test revealed pouch at end of large colon the problem which everyone detects except me is leaky fecal odour very embarrassing what do I do

I think you can try some medications such, Lubiprostone, linaclotide. The work especially in small intestine causing bowel to increase water content on stool. This will help stools to pass.
