How Can IBS Along With High Blood Pressure Be Treated?

I have IBS D and have been taking dicyclomine as well as Imodium. I have an issue with having low blood pressure with occasional spikes of high. Have taken every concievable blood test and has prescribed sertraline (50MG) once a day. Is there an issue taking the dicyclomine and imodium while taking the sertraline? The pharmacist at first said not to take the imodium, but i responded that was already taking it so she said it was okay to continue taking it. thank you

Hi,

Thanks for your query on HCM

"As"per your clinical history is concerned the three drugs which you are taking right now has no interaction at all and you can take it as per your treating Doctor's advice without any problem.

Regarding blood pressure check your pressure at home every 15 days and take and adjust medication as per your Doctor's advice.

Thanks
