hello doctor,i am a girl 19 yr and i am having 5ft height ..i am being rejected for marriage coz of my small height..is there any way i can increase my height upto 3-4 inches..plz doctor help me..my parents lost all hopes..

hi welcome to hcm.see after 18yr its difficult to increase height because once bone ossification complete then there will be no chance to increase height.but still you continue cycling it may affect .
