How can i fix my equilibrium back to normal? I have suffered dizzeness for months now and my left ear has been ringing ever since i have had mud shoved into my left ear very far inside after muddin on fourwheelers. I have had bloodwork done and everything has turned out normal

You are probably suffering from an inner ear disease. Visit an ENT SPECIALIST for proper examination. Get a pure tone audiometry done and send me the reports. This will tell about the status of nerves, any hearing loss?
