How Can I Confirm A Tear In Lower Back?

It is my belief that I torn a tendon in lower back 13 years ago, I have recurring LB pain 5 days in duration, 4-5 times a year with low grade L4 rights side pain. I was told by two chiropractics that I have bi tropic facets L4-L5. All tests and neuro surgeons say my back looks good for a 53 yo. I believe I have facet sydrome and rotational instability, subluxation. What or who would you suggest. Bill

Checking of your vitaminD3 may be helpful. If low it can be supplemented. You can get your MRI lumbar spine done to get further information. I think my answer will be helpful to you.
