How Can Crohn S Disease Be Treated?

Hello - I am 67 and had Crohn s for some years. Had thought might weak sphincter might be a result of that, but as I am in remission now I am still having a problem. Are there exercises? Medical treatments. More specifically, spontaneous escape of small amounts of feces that I seem to have no control over. Normal bowel movements fine. Thanks for any advice you can provide.
