How Can COPD While On A Cardiac Stent Be Treated?

Good afternoon - I am a 70 year old man with COPD and a heart stent (6 years ago) who doesn t exercise very much. Beside a on a day vitamin designed for seniors, what other vitamins should I take. I currently take Centrum Silver, Citracal +D3, B12(1000mcg), C(500mg)D3(1000iu), Magnesium(500mg) and a low dose aspirin every morning. Is there anything else I should add.

Hello,
That sounds like a good vitamin regimen. I would not add anything more unless your doctor says that you are low on some of the vitamins.
Regards
