How Can Asperger Syndrome Be Managed?

I am a retired Lawyer and I have a close relative that I am helping with personal problems at work. She was suspended from work for not being able to work with a new director who made more demands than she had been used to. She advises that her Psychiatrist diagnosed her with functioning Asperger condition and an independent Medical assessment confirmed it. How can I guide her in interactions at work and general speaking?
