good morning my Brother is facing a problem in his stomach , after eating he got tired and suffers from a pain in his stomach as well as a breath disorder and last his blood pressure became so high as well as his heart beats so he spent 4 days in the in the intensive care another point to add that he suffers also from the same symptoms when he is under pressure , please assist Thanks Madonna

Hello,

The cause of the symptoms of your brother depend also on his age and other conditions that he might be having.

If your brother is a generally healthy young man very likely the symptoms are due to anxiety. If he is at least 40 years of age or has chronic conditions then heart problems should be considered and ruled out.
I think being in the intensive care, he will have basic tests to rule out heart problems and depending on the results of the tests the treatment will follow.
