How Are Vaginal Creams As Opposed To The Patch Or Pills?

Hi, I had a total hysterectomy 3 years ago due to uterus cancer grade 1 stage 1. It was caught early. I am struggling with the thought of going on Hormone Replacement Therapy.Sex is painful so I am weighting the options of treatment. Is there really a difference of vaginal creams opposed to the patch or pills?

•Type of menopause
•Concurrent medical conditions
•Age at menopause
•Response to previous therapy
•Current age
•Intolerance to previous HRT program
•Symptoms
•Individual perception of HRT program
•Hormones to be replaced
•Individual psychological makeup etcetera.
