How Are Heptral Tablets To Be Taken?

hello i am taking haptral tablets 400mg as i have been shown hepatitis b positive .i just want to ask .should i take this tablets before meal or after meal and my hbeag is negative and anti hbeag is positive .and hbvc total is positive so is there any chance to get cured pls let me know my direct bilirubin is 0.8 & indirect is 1 total 1.8 sgot is 66 &sgpt is 105 and hbsag is positive pls let me know and i am on a noraml diet except oily food and fried foods

Heptral contains is an oral amino acid preparation containing S-Adenosyl-L-Methionine (SAMe). SAMe plays a role in the immune system.
Dosage: Starting with a low dose (for example, 200 mg per day) and increasing slowly helps avoid stomach upsets. The medication should be taken on empty stomach. The tablet needs to swallowed as a whole and should not be chewed or crushed.
Daily dose should not exceed 1600mg.
Kindly do follow-up with your consultant as per specified after taking the treatment.
