Here your HBeag and HBV DNA negative so not in replicate stage and no need for antiviral drug.... Take udiliv tablet 300 mg daily.... Fruits more.... Refined food restricted. Less oil in cooking. Fried food less. Sunflower like good oil can be used...but in less amount. Good food for liver taken like...... -carrot , green leafy veg , spinach , dandelion , lemon juice , avocados etc .... Avoid alcohol..... Heavy sport restricted.... Regular light exercise. Repeat HBSag after six month. If positive then you are carrier, and for that regular follow up done....
