sir i have an unprotected sex with my boy friend on 4th jan 2014 (today) everymonth on 23rd to 25 th my periods will come regularly ... in this stage to aviod getting pregency n getting my periods asusual between jan 23 to jan25 th what is the remedial step to tak sir

It's always better to use condom during sex if you are not planning a baby.
To avoid pregnancy after unprotected sexual intercourse, you need to take emergency contraceptive pills like i pill within 72 hours of having sex. If you have not taken and if you miss your next periods then consult a local doctor for help
