Hopefully. I Was Diagnosed With A Bronchial Infection With Alow

Hopefully. I was diagnosed with a bronchial infection with alow grade fever 0f 99.9, 4 days ago by the Dr.
I was prescribed the antibiotic azithromycin 250mg once/day for 5 days.
My fever spiked at 103.5 the next day... went to 102.4... down to 99.9 this morning and again back to 101.9.
I am 62 years old, in good physical health, exercise, great food consumption, etc. My height is 5'4"& weigh approx. 113 lbs. Question: Is it normal to carry a fever in this way, even while taking an antibiotic?
