Hole In Foot Due To Prolonged Corn In Center Of Foot. No Help From Corn Caps. Cutting It Recommended?

Hi, I am having a corn since last 1 month and i am using a corn cap.Have used about 6 caps, i almost have a hole now in my foot but the corn at the center is still there.People have suggested me to cut it but i am scared to go with that approach.If I continue using corn caps will the corn slowly come out ? how long :( ?
(corn is less than half cm)

.yes corns can be removed by corn caps ,we cant tell how long it occurs.if not cured by corncaps ,go for electrocautery to remove the corn
