Hit My Forehead, There S Crunching Noise When Trying To Move Neck. Suggestion?
I was walking and stepping over something and hit my forehead on a solid beam. I have no nausea, no dizziness, no headache, just a little neck discomfort. I have a nice goose egg there. when I move my neck, I can hear some crunching. but I don t feel any movement. advice? see a dr. or not?

I advise to:
- apply cold compresses locally (if the hit was yesterday)
- take acetaminophen for the pain
- try not to move your neck abruptly
