Hi...my brother who is 38 years old, who has very unstable mood,acting more like a child, sometimes not even talking if he does not get what he wants immediately...he could not complete his schooling fully in his childhood...could not go to any job because always he has some fight with others....he always sits infront of the computer browsing the internet without any purpose...he could not keep his interest in any activity for more than a week....often gets a low mood...but had no sleep problems...eats very less....could not find out what problem he has....he has been like that for the past 20 years....in his childhood, he was so aggressive and violent but he is more calm now...how to help him find out what problem he has...can you help
