my son born on 10th november 2015 next day of birth we had noticed jerck in his leg hand and lips imm we took him to kmc and he was under observation for three days ct scan is normal now 5 days over no such symtoms..eeg is not normal so we are suggested to give. levera and calcium syrp

pls let me know eeg is not normal how to goahead and treat this ..
birth is normal
3kg 200 grm
calccalcium was low
no history in family
not married relative
all reports are normal in pregnency
