Hi There, Two Of My Fingers Have Been Infected For

Hi there, two of my fingers have been infected for approx four/five days and get worse each day. On one finger (the side of the finger) I had some sort of tiny splinter stuck in it, I believe I got it out but its continuously pussing no matter how much I try to drain it, turning redish purplish, swollen (not excessively), wound has increased in size, extremely painful in general and unbearable to brush against, and throbbing. The other finger is very similar, but around the cuticle, I THINK it started as a hangnail but cannot remember. Its the worst of the two, more painful, more surface area swollen, can't even blow on it pretty much it hurts so much and is so sensitive. With both no matter how often or how much I get out, they keep pussing. The throbbing/swelling of my fingertips is becoming more and more unbearable and no amount of padding makes the pain bearable. What do I do
