Hi There, My Daughter Was Admitted To The Hospital, Diagnosed

Hi there, my daughter was admitted to the hospital, diagnosed with mono and bacteremia, hospitalized for 6 days, had elevated LFTs, and discharged once the fever was gone. Her fever started on Feb 3rd and it is now Feb 17th and she is still running a fever. Headaches daily also. She is due back at work Friday. Should she return to work or should we be concerned she is still running a fever and have her rechecked. I am afraid they may have missed something. This seems like an awfully long time to have a fever. Any thoughts? Thank you so very much in advance...
