Hi There. I Know I Might Be Just Extremely Paranoid,

Hi there. I know I might be just extremely paranoid, but I'm a little worried about a chance of pregnancy and whether or not I should take Plan B. I'm currently on Alesse 28 (the birth control) and have been since October. Before taking birth control, I have always had really obvious signs of ovluation (breast tenderness, slight cramping, discharge, etc) and I have the same thing going on right now, even though I'm on the pill. Yesterday, I had unprotected sex with my boyfirend, in which he pulled out before ejaculating. However, I didn't realize until after, when I went to log our sex session onto my period tracker, that yesterday was my spposed day of ovulation for me. Normally, I wouldn't be worried, but I am right now since I've been on antibiotics. I finished my last antibiotic 3 weeks ago. Since then I've had my period and have started a new pack of birth control pills. Can I please have some advice on what to do?
