Hi there. I have recently noticed several white lumps around my anus. They are painless, but have a "head", and if I can manage to squeeze one (it is an awkward area!), pretty much the whole of the white "head" comes out. It has a thick, almost ointment-like consistency, and the faint odor is strangely not unpleasant...almost soap-like. I think I may have a very mild case of hemorrhoids (so slight I haven't bothered with medical treatment as yet), and am wondering if these lumps are associated? I did in fact have this same issue a few months ago. I squeezed them all away, and have not noticed them again until now. As I said, they are painless, but they are rather unsightly...
