Hi There, I Have Been Suffering Mid Back Pain For

Hi there, I have been suffering mid back pain for the past three years. I had a CT done early last year that reported early facet joint disease in T7. I just had an MRI performed and it has identified 'broadbased right paramedian psoterior disc hernia measuring 1.7mm anteroposteriorly and 5mm across the base. It is mildly indenting the thermal sac and contacting the spinal cord with no focal impingement. Would this be the source of the incredible pain I feel even though the radiologist reported that it 'unlikely to be of any clinical significance'!
