Hi so my left ankle has been extremely weak and prone to sprains for about 3 years now .. I would twist it basically every week or so .. It all started with a cheer practice and we were doing jumps and I landed one right on my ankle and I could hardly walk .. After that my left ankle ever since has been very weak .. I'd roll on it often and it would hurt for a couple of hours and it would be gone . But yesterday I was leaving a party and I stepped on a hole(keep in mind I sprained my left ankle last week) and my ankle completely twisted and all I heard was cracking and popping sounds during the injury I stayed on the ground for 10 mins agonizing in pain until I got the strengtht to get up and walk to my car .. When I got home my father had to carry me to the restroom and I stayed laying on the ground for a good 30 minutes because I felt so nauseous and light headed since the pain was so strong .. Now the bruising is almost gone but the ankle itself I can't walk on it without assistance or just hardly putting any weight on it .. It's super swollen and looks deformed .. It hurts to move my foot and it is tender to the touch . Is it broken ? Or maybe is it a fracture from past sprains ? Help please
