I'm Karthiga,24, 6 feet tall, 99 kgs. I want to get rid of it and I do exercise, but it does not seem sufficient. Dieting is something I do as well, but still I need something else to get rid of the extra fat. Came to hear about Garcinia Cambogia and many people seem to say it works. The few who do say it does not work, also say there are no side effects. So thought I could take a risk and see if it works for my body. I'm already a thyroid patient and have 50 mcg thyronorm once in the morning, half an hour before food. These Garcinia pills need to be taken half an hour before food as well. So should I have my thyronorm, wait for half an hour, take the garcinia pill and wait another half an hour before breakfast? Is it even ok for a thyroid patient to take Garcinia or will the two act together in a negative manner and impact my health?
