Hi, need a bit of advice.
Was stung by something last week in Dubai. It was too dark to see what it was, and when I felt the sting, I brushed off what ever it was-it felt wriggly not like a fly. The sting was about 0.5cm long. I had to get it seen to as the pain was something else. When they pulled the sting it it had a tiny claw on the end of it. What could it have been that stung me? Could it have been a scorpion? I had burning pain, small red dot, area became hot, and my arm began to start feeling numb.
It's not been a week since I was stung and in the past 3 days the place where I was stung is swelling and really itchy and now seems to be starting a small rash. I'm just concerned as I do not know what stung me and therefore am worried as to why a week later it's still bothering me. I've been stung by a wasp before and it was nothing like that.
Please advise!
