Hi, My Wife Is A Six Year Old. Breast Cancer

Hi, my wife is a six year old. breast cancer patient , cleared for cancer and is on Tamoxifen 20mg daily.shehas high BP and is taking Losar H.besides she takes calcium supplement , pain killer ultra set(front half of both feet painful -a side effect of Chemo) and sleeping pill.
She has been suffering from acute migraine since the last one month.medication has not helped so far. FOr the last five days she is taking Topirol 50 , Amitone 10 ( calcium supplement ) and two tablets of Ubi 300. The neurologist has recommended these for one month. There was no relief till today though she is marginally better.
Request intimate
A, do we(she) carry on with the medicines as prescribed.
B, she was on high BP and calcium supplement earlier, still is and two of the three prescribed now also are similar in salts. Is there a chance of an over dose especially of BP medication.

C, Do we need to take a second opinion of another neurologist.
D, her brain MRI done in Nov 2015' showed " Fronto -parietal cortical atrophy ". Motor nerve conduction studies done in Aug 2013. These suggested " predominant sensory neuropath." Is there any chance of relapse of cancer because of persistent migraine and if so what would you suggest we do.
Thanking you
