Hi my son has been having dizzy spells sometimes with vomiting, and trouble with Balance. This has been going on for many years but seems to be getting worse. Last episode was almost two months. I found him lying on the floor and vomiting. He had an mri and CT scan and both came out good. The ear specialist said it was not vertigo or mineirs disease and does not know how he lost his hearing. I took him to Er last night because he got another one. He went to back to get IV started and for them to draw blood but when he was sitting and waiting for nurse he turned pale white and bp dropped. They gave him saline and oxygen. Finally did all the lab work and came back great. So what can it be
