Hi my names Paul and I tweaked my lower back 7 days ago just lying on the couch,since then the pain went up to my neck and have been suffering headaches/migraine and double vision for the last 4 days .the pain in my lower back is still there as I'm having problems sleeping at night. I have taken time off work as I can't drive due to the double vision .any info or help would be hugely appreciated ,thank you .
